Please note that from November the 28th tickets rates of admission at the Complesso Monumentale della Pilotta for access to the tour route will be as follows:


Full: € 18
Reduced groups: € 14

Reduced for couples of parents with daughters and sons between 18 and 25 years old: € 14
Reduced from 18 to 25 years old: € 2
Free for those under 18 years of age.

Furthermore, the purchase through this website, excluding free tickets, is subject to additional € 0,20. Visitors are advised that at the entrance of the museum the requirements for reduced or free tickets will be checked by the staff in charge. Therefore, please bring with you the relevant documents proving the right to reduced or free tickets.

It should be noted that all categories that benefit from the entry facilities in state cultural places provided by the regulations and consulted on the page: https://www.cultura.gov.it/agevolazioni are entitled to free entry in the spaces of the Monumental Complex of the Pilotta.The ticket includes the visit of the museums of the Monumental Complex of the Pilotta (Biblioteca Palatina, Teatro Farnese, National Gallery, new wing of the Archaeological Museum, Bodoniano Museum).

Visits to the new wing of the Archaeological Museum will be for groups consisting of a maximum of 30 visitors on an hourly basis at 10:30-11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.-1:30 p.m.-2:30 p.m.-3:30 p.m.-4:30 p.m.-5:30 p.m.

The Monumental Complex of the Pilotta is open from Tuesday to Sunday, observing weekly closing on Monday. The public opening service observed daily, without time slots, will be from 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., (last entrance at 6:00 p.m.). Admission to the Complex is provided either through direct purchase at the ticket office in the Voltoni area, which will remain open from 10:30 a.m. to 5:45 p.m., or through presale on the Ticka platform at the link https://pilotta.ticka.it/. It should be noted that from Tuesday to Friday, only Full and reduced group ticket rates can be purchased in advance; if the purchase is for other categories (free or reduced for age), purchase is required at the ticket office, showing the documentation entitling to the discount. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, access will take place giving priority to visitors already in possession of the entrance ticket over those who must make the purchase at the ticket office.

To facilitate the verification of pre-purchased admission tickets online by the receptionists, visitors are kindly asked to present themselves at the entrance with a printout of the reservation. Kind visitors are advised that refunds of issued admission tickets are not allowed, except for proven cases of quarantine and fiduciary isolation from Covid-19.

 
School groups will have access to visit the Monumental Complex of the Pilotta before the opening hour (8:30-10:30 am) on tuesday and wednesday, upon reservation and receipt of the relevant confirmation by writing to the e-mail address cm-pil.scuole@cultura.gov.it

The number of people constituting the groups is a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 30 people, remaining the obligation to be accompanied by a tour guide, which is not included in the count of 30 people, and the invitation to purchase the ticket online.It is warned that there may be a possibility that the opening of some exhibition sections cannot be guaranteed due to a situation of severe staff shortage.

Please note that when pre-purchasing tickets, it is not possible to reserve the entrance time, that the time indicated on the ticket corresponds to the opening time of the Monumental Complex of the Pilotta, and that the visit can be carried out throughout the day, with last entry at 5:45 p.m.

Users who pre-purchase tickets, in order to carry out the accompanied visit in the new wing of the Archaeological Museum, are invited to go to the ticket office to reserve the entrance time.

Sala Antelami and his time;

Sala Arte a Parma 1400 with entrance limited to 30 people;

Farnese Theater Stalls and Galleries;

Sala Parma at the time of the Farnese, with entrance limited to 30 persons;

Hall of Triumph;

West Wing of the National Gallery: Room of Tuscan and Central Italian Painting 1200-1500 - Room of Venetian Painting 1200-1500, Room of Emilian Painting 1200-1500 - Room of Art in Lombardy 1400-1500 - Room of the Flemish - Room Art in Parma 1500-1600;

National Gallery North Wing: Emiliani painters 1500-1600;

National Gallery's Lower North Wing: the Painting of the Spanish Empire, Art in Lombardy and Central Italy 1600-1700, Sacred Art in Emilia, and the Genovese 1600-1700, Still Life, Boselli, Grand Tour, Venetian Painting 1600-1700, Condottieri and Battles, in the Farnese Walkway with Ducal Portraiture and Ducal Medal Collection;

Nineteenth-century Halls;

Exhibition spaces of the Rocchetta (Ottocento a Parma and The Myth of Correggio) with entrance limited to 30 people;

The Bodoniano Museum opens to the public from Nov. 30, with the same opening hours as the Pilotta Monumental Complex, from 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (last admission at 5:45 p.m.).

All categories that enjoy the entry concessions in state cultural venues provided by the regulations and available at: https://www.cultura.gov.it/agevolazioni are entitled to free admission to the spaces of the Bodonian Museum.

On Sunday April the 7th 2024, the first Sunday of the month, as part of the Sunday at the Museum initiative, and on Thursday April the 25th 2024 Liberation Day the Monumental Complex of the Pilotta will be open to the public with free admission.
On April the 1st 2024, Easter Monday, the Monumental Complex of the Pilotta will be open to the public, while the closing day will be Wednesday April the 3rd 2024.
