From June the 25th 2025, it will be possible to purchase at the ticket office of the Monumental Complex of the Pilotta and on this website the "Cumulative" admission ticket that will allow entry at the 4 sites (Monumental Complex Pilotta-Parma, Torrechiara Castle, Archaeological Area of Veleia, and Ancient Spezieria of San Giovanni).

At the ticket desk in Piazza della Pilotta 15 in Parma, it will be possible to purchase for the amount of €25.00 the following package consisting of 4 separate tickets:
- Ticket Complesso Monumentale Pilotta- Parma usable only on the date of purchase;
- Torrechiara Castle and Veleia Archaeological Area tickets valid for 31 days from the date of purchase;
- Antica Spezieria di San Giovanni Ticket, with validity 31 days from the date of purchase, which must be perfected with the choice of preferred date and time slot, an operation that can be carried out during purchase at the ticket office or possibly independently by following the directions provided below.
On this website you can purchase for the amount of €25.20 the following package consisting of 4 separate tickets:
- Complesso Monumentale della Pilotta-Parma, Castello Torrechiara and Area Archeologica di Veleia tickets with validity of 90 days from the date of purchase;
- Antica Spezieria di San Giovanni Ticket, valid for 90 days from the date of purchase, which must be perfected in the "Antica Spezieria di San Giovanni" section of this website by selecting the "SP Reservation" rate.
Once you have entered the "reservation code" generated when creating the order for the Online Cumulative Ticket, you can proceed with the choice of preferred date and time slot.
Please note that access to the premises of the Antica Spezieria di San Giovanni can only take place by booking the date and time slot to be made in the manner indicated above. in the absence of this operation, access to the premises will not be possible.
We also inform you that if the user who has purchased the cumulative ticket decides of his own free will to access one of the sites on a day declared free by the Ministry of Culture and proceeds to have the admission ticket stamped, which is the subject of this letter, he will not be entitled to refunds. Of course, the possibility of going to one of the sites on a day declared as free and being able to access it by purchasing the free ticket on site remains valid.
