Visitors are informed that once a ticket has been purchased, exclusively for admission tickets for the St.John's
Apothecary, the previously selected date and time can be modified.
The procedure at the link https://pilotta.ticka.it/cp/st/upselling.php allows the change reporting the code of the purchased ticket. Each operation is related to a single ticket, not cumulatively to an order including more tickets. The cost of every date/time change is € 0.50 per ticket.
